Gabriel's Ouch

You can see his battle scar next to his left eye.

He's also wearing an amber necklace that my great grandfather gave me when I was...6? At latest? He died when I was 7, so I can't imagine I was very old. And all of Gabriel's clothes are on backwards.

  3. Gabe is so cool/awesome! Boy had a good tumble down our front steps when he was 4 or 5...whole flight of wooden steps. Scratched up his face and the inside of his mouth! It was awful.

  4. I LOVE your son's hair! He's probably forgot all about the fall already, right? Kids.

  8. Ouch! He's fine, though, judging from his outfit. That boy just melts my heart!

  9. Thank God kids are made of rubber and seem to bounce back from everything. And he's a good looking kid too. Knowing that chicks dig scars I'd say you're going to be keeping the girls at bay with a stick when he gets older!

  10. This is frighteningly familiar to me, since my son is also very careful except for when he decides to bomb around like a banshee and severely injures his face (always the face-- why the face??).

Also, he also puts his clothes on backwards all the time.

So you have my sympathy on both counts-- good luck enduring the accusing stares of strangers!

  11. It almost looks like one of those tattoo tear drops. Almost.

PS - headed South today. Made it to HMB. I do want to plan a meet up soon.
